Teaching & Learning process

The Ideal Group of Institutions strives to achieve excellence in academics to bring the students at par with industry standards, latest technologies, and professional & managerial ethics.

Time Table:

1.Time Table is designed in accordance with University rules along with the slot for PDP classes, guest lectures from industry/academia. Additional classes on current technologies are conducted for students to make them aware of rapidly changing industry requirements. Extra classes are also scheduled in the time table for weak students,if needed. Extra–curricular activities like Quizzes, GDs, Mock Interviews etc are conducted fortnightly and slots are provided in the Time Table.

2. Institute Academic calender is designed in accordance with the University before the commencement of the semester.

3. Lecture Plan is made available to the students via Institute Website before the commencement of semester.

4. Tutorial Sheets/Assignments are also made available to the students via Institute website. The details can be assesed by the faculty members within three working days.

5. Unit Tests/Mid-Term Tests are conducted on regular basis and the evaluated answer scripts are shown to the students.

6. Mock Tests/Repeat Tests are conducted for weak students or those who were absent in previous tests due to genuine reasons like illness etc.

Attendance Monitoring:

1. Students' attendance is monitored on daily basis by the Class co-ordinators.

2. Attendance is calculated on monthly basis and displayed on notice boards.

3. Students possessing 100% attendance are rewarded by way of appreciation in functions and students whose attendance is below as per University norms are debarred from appearing in the University End Semester Examination.
