CONVERSION OF DIESEL ENGINE INTO COMPLETE GASEOUS

FUEL ENGINE WITH MAGNETO IGNITION SYSTEM

Dr. G.P Govil ( Director, Ideal Institute of Technology) has made an Innovation in which he has designed and developed a kit to convert a diesel engine to 100% gaseous fuel engine ( Bio-gas, Producer gas, CNG LPG) where an engine can be converted onsite. It is most suitable for rural applications and is free from fossil fuels. It doesn’t require Battery for starting. A Patent has already been filed vide Patent CBR No. 1882 dated 17-March-2008.
