This department imparts advance knowledge in the areas of physical sciences – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Environmental Science to the students before they experience their first with the engineering subjects. Professional communication lays the foundation in the furtherance of their career.

It is here in Physics and Chemistry Labs that the students first get introduced to the experimental process. The Physics Lab offers facilities for the measurement of various physical quantities to appraise students of the behaviors pattern of conducting and magnetic materials.

Dark room provides facilities for conducting optics related experiments. Besides being able to conduct the chemical analysis for chemical composition, the Chemistry Lab is equipped with spectrometer and water quality analysis facilities. The Language Lab helps in enhancing the communication skills of the students.
